It’s a serious amount of bad luck. There needs to be a way to cancel online. I understand why there isn’t, keeps people like me giving you £400 that BT wouldn’t have otherwise had. It’s a good revenue stream.

Cancel BT Sport

I have been trying to contact BT Sport since last April! There is no way of doing it online and when I ring up if you can ever get through which is very very rarely I have had the person on the other end of the phone hang up after it’s taken me 50 minutes to get through. It’s an absolute disgrace and seems impossible to cancel the subscription. I’m paying £42 a month! The website is just basically trying to sell you products and upgrade your package. Really disappointing from BT. If anyone knows how to cancel without having to call up as it’s impossible to do so please let me know?

Thanks

Damian

I can only assume you've get very very bad luck @Sherloc26 as the queues aren't usually that long. I'm afraid calling us (0800 800 150) is the only way to cancel.
