Hello, having issues with watching the Internet channels (particularly bt sport and sky sports) on BT TV. We have a bt hub and box, connected together by an ethernet. The Internet is working and connecting to the TV - we can use the apps fine. Just not the Internet channels - showing error IPC6023. I've trouble shooted, followed all instructions, restarted hub and TV box, checked the connections etc. None of it is working. We have been watching the sports channels with no problem for months, was even working fine this morning, but suddenly this error has appeared. Any suggestions welcome

Hi @Blackledge I'm really sorry to see you're having problems with the internet channels. Do you have a white Openreach hub? If you do can you try the steps on this link to reset the Openreach ONT?

Post back and let me know how you get on.

Thanks
