Eurosport not working

Hi,

I have the Big Sport package with HD.

The EPG shows the Eurosport channels, but when I try and access them it tells me I need the Big Sport package. I'm somewhat confused.

What needs to happen for them to work?

And did you press OK?

If you press OK it sets the channel up to work (when you have the subscription)

Ahhh, it was doing that before then failing, so I didn't bother pushing OK this time!

Hi,

I have this same problem. Changed to the Big Sport package a couple of weeks ago, and cannot get Eurosport. I have the same message that I need to set up the channel, and clicking 'ok' takes me to the screen about switching package.

Thanks for the quick reply @DarrenW .

It isn't, unfortunately. Still the same message after clicking ok. The only thing available then is 'close'. Have reset the box, is there anything else I should do?

@viscount Try again please, make sure you're looking at SD and not HD too.

Not as standard, you do have to pay £5 for HD but that would get you Sky Sports HD, BT Sport HD, Eurosport HD and if you decided to add a pass on in the future for example NOW Entertainment/ NOW Cinema you'd also get those in HD too.

1 charge gives you all HD versions of the channels in your package.

OK, thanks. I did add HD in Now for £3 per month, but that is just the Sky channels, I guess. Can I adjust that in Now to cover Eurosport as well?

If you've added that directly from NOW TV then yeah it will only cover the NOW channels and none of the BT ones unfortunately.

You can cancel that and subscribe with BT instead for an extra £2 if you wanted.

Ah right, thanks. I was just about to say that I had BT Sport in HD, but of course now the Eurosport switch has happened, the BT HD channels have gone! So I will probably cancel the Now upgrade, and do the BT one instead.
