You would need to download the Now TV app onto the tablet

How do I link my bt account with now
As now are asking me to sign in
But my bt account details are not recognised
When trying to create a new account with now its asking what package I want
But already have that with bt
So 7n
Unure how to link the two accounts

Finally sorted it was now able to create a pw at last

Hi @Fence and thanks for posting.

Sorry you're having problems getting the devices added. have you downloaded the MyBT app onto the devices you're trying to use? Can you post screen shots of what you're seeing?
