    <description>&lt;P&gt;BT sport mess up my monthly pass subscription by taking over 24 hours to activate it. This meant I miss the game I wanted to watch. Darren then apologies, messaging me directly saying I can have a free months pass whenever I wanted. I choose to activate this option 6 weeks later. &amp;nbsp;However I’m told I have left it to long and they can no longer help me at all. Let down twice by bt sport in 6 weeks. Terrible customer service!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
