I have a new BT pro box loads better than the old model by the way only issue I have the Bluetooth remote will not ater the sound on my hisense TV any ideas how to fix it

Hi @Rothdude welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Can you try these steps?

Press the Home and 9 buttons at the same time
Hold down the buttons until the LED around the BT icon flashes purple three times

Also worth checking that the BT TV Box Pro is directly connected with an HDMI cable to your TV. If you have anything in between (e.g. a switch, amp, soundbar, etc) temporarily connect directly to your TV and then perform the remote control reset. Once reset and your remote is correctly configured, you can then reconnect the wiring as you had it before.
