Hi,

I am an ex BT employee and still have the employee TV package. But I am unable to make any changes to my package.

Is there anyway I can add BT Sport easily, as regular CS are unable to do it for me and I don't have access to intranet

How long is it since you left BT?

In my case, all employee benefits ceased 6 months, (almost to the day), after retiring from the company. Once that happened I was able to make changes in the "normal" ways.
