Landline number

Hi Bt wouldn’t talk to me, I don’t use landline so I’ve never need it to know and I don’t have phone that I could plug in and ring my mobile. Icing on the cake I don’t receive bills for some unknown reason hence I don’t know my account number either but I’ve been paying my broadband for years now we have a problem need an engineer to come out but can’t talk to them without account no and land line number

how do you pay for your broadband and line rental? If by DD then check you bank statement and should see your account number for BT on statement

i would then eithe buy cheap phone less then £10 or borrow one and dial 17070 and you will hear your phone number then check by phoning with mobile

I’ve found the account no on d/d payment reference as you suggested however I was hoping maybe could get the land line number on router settings etc

now just get or borrow landline phone and dial 17070 and get phone number
