      <description>&lt;P&gt;Third Openreach engineer visited the property and checked the line feed to find a line spike in a BT underground distribution 63metres away, this way caused by corrosion of cable wire and repaired by 4th engineer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
