    <description>&lt;P&gt;I would bet dollars to doughnuts that the rain has got into an external manhole or cabinet.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; As a precaution&amp;nbsp; ( and because you'll be asked to do so anyway,&amp;nbsp; no doubt )&amp;nbsp; I would try plugging a phone into the internal master socket to see what happens,&amp;nbsp; although I'd bet the result will be the same.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Other than that,&amp;nbsp; all you can do is report it as a fault to BT and leave Openreach to do their thing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since having the bad weather over the weekend my phone line has been having problems. Theres like a staic noise on the line and ive tested the line inside and all sockets have the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas on what to do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
