    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I have recently purchased a big button 4000 handset for my elderly father.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every time he is on a call, he gets cut off from BT, with the same message of ‘please hold the line’, &amp;nbsp;then advertising all of their call features?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone help me put a stop to this please as it is very frustrating for him?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
