    <description>&lt;P&gt;BT disconnected my broadband and landline without my permission. They have given me a date for reconnection over 2 weeks from the date of disconnection!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have explained that I am a senior doctor who relies on broadband to access patient notes and advise other doctors accordingly. My wife sits on the judiciary and needs video contact for her court affairs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im now into my 5th hour of phone calls since being disconnected and no wiser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve explained that this is unacceptable behaviour at any time let alone in the middle of a pandemic.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am waiting as I type and now being directed to my 6th BT member of staff so far today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is completely irresponsible of BT!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;BT disconnected my broadband and landline without my permission.
