      <title>BT Engineer didn't come to home</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;BT arranged for an engineer to visit our home today between 8am - 1pm to install landline for phone line and broadband. The engineer should've come to here already by 1 pm but nobody came and nobody called us. BT contact telephone number also is very busy and nobody answering for our request. After waiting a long time the contract numbers goes off instantly.&amp;nbsp; In this situation tbh I don't know what should I do. If you have any advice would really appreciate. Many thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

We actually moved here recently and I tried to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;connect the hub and this sockets but the sockets didn't work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Because Openreach would have a record of an existing line, then they would not normally visit unless the service does not work &lt;STRONG&gt;once activation has taken place&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Phone and broadband are self install, unless there is no record of any existing routing.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have BT Retail said that your service has now been activated?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;the master socket and the one you need to use with a filter should be the first socket in your home where the openreach cable enters &amp;nbsp;and other sockets will be extensions&lt;/P&gt;</description>
