    <description>&lt;P&gt;A friend has a Hub 2 and fttp, they were provided with a modern 'digital' phone, which I assume means an IP phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My friend now needs a Care Call alarm fitted (so when they have a fall then can press the pendant and it automatically triggers a phone call for help) but they have analog equipment. Is there anyway to connect this equipment to the hub 2 phone system.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;There is a phone socket on the back of the BT Smart Hub 2, which can be used to plug in Analogue equipment.&amp;nbsp; It may have a label covering it which says "For BT Digital Voice" customers only. Shown in green below.&lt;/P&gt;
