Line in garage

Hi Can some one tell me who owns the very old landline wire that is in my garage . The garage door was replaced and the wire was on the top panel of the frame . The wire broke away from a very old connector box , but i could see what was wrong and sorted it . So who owns the land line ? Thanks for your help

openreach own the line and you need to contact them there is no link from this BT Retail customer forum
