Move your special service to Digital Voice

We are scheduled to move to Full Fibre (900MB version!!!) in a couple of weeks time.

A letter dropped through the door today telling me to move my "special service" to Digital Voice.

The "special service" is either a personal care alarm or a security alarm. We have NEITHER. Have checked with alarm company and dont have a care alarm.

So what could it be???

Any ideas or do I just ignore the letter?

If you have nothing other than a standard voice service, ignore the letter.

The term special services used to mean the call divert, 3 way calling facility.
