Exporting contacts from Advanced Digital Home Phone

I've just set up 20 contacts in our new Advanced Digital Home Phone, and tried to export them as outlined in the online manual (go to http://bthomehub.home/ and under the Phone section there is an option to export contacts to a .vcf file). The downloaded file contained just one contact. Has anyone else tried this, and had the same problem?

just tried it and like you only had 1 contact in .vcf file. I only have 6 contacts listed but not sure why only 1 chosen

Looks like a bug to me.
