    <description>&lt;P&gt;yes you have to pay line rental as you need the line whether copper or fibre to get your broadband&amp;nbsp; you can do away with a call package at you renewal but will get very little reduction if any&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So once changed over to digital voice will we still have to pay line rental as the line will be obselete and all calls coming in through the broadband which we already pay for ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
