    <description>&lt;P&gt;Landline phone activation&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT engineer appointment booked between 8am and 12pm&amp;nbsp; on the 29th June 2021&amp;nbsp; engineer did not enter premises&amp;nbsp; due to phone socket previously installed from&amp;nbsp;previous Tennant&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Received text saying your phone line will be activated by 23.59pm&amp;nbsp; that day i will receive a text to say when activated&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How long should activation take&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And who&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;do i contact if not activated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Its normally activated within 24 hours. If its not, then ring BT on 0800 800 150, and a visit by Openreach will be arranged right away.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
