Bt4600 missed call not displayed

Hi, I have. BT4600. However unless I remember to press ‘calls’ , which I don’t always remember to do when I come in, there is no display on the handset saying there are missed calls. What haven’t I done?

Take a look at pages 50 / 51 of the 4600 userguide which should point you in the right direction.
