I have been trying for days to join BT Priority Scheme . I have multiple health issue's and need help should my landline fail.

The BT document "Free Priority Fault Repair Scheme" gives an address to supposedly join the scheme , however this site can not be reached and is unavailable..

Spoke with bt and I am no nearer.

Very disappointed.
