Advance Digital Phone with No Alexa Button

Hi All,

I received the "free" advance phone in readiness for cutover to digital voice. I was expecting it to have the Alexa button, but instead it has a button with what looks like a red shield on it. It does appear to be a digital voice phone, and came with a guide for registering it with the hub. Is this an early model perhaps? I was a bit disappointed not to get the Alexa function.

@philr2 The red shield job is used to block nuisance calls. Have you referred to the User Guide with your new phone?

Did you get the Alexa phone in the end?

We had the 'wrong' one sent as well and have just been on chat and told that another one with Alexa is being sent out... so fingers crossed.
