Morning

I have 4 VoIP phones connected to my FTTP Smart Hub and I renamed them Lounge - Bedroom - Dining Room - Kitchen all good. Got up yesterday and they had all reverted back to Handset 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 so I changed the names again. Just picked the "Lounge" one up to use and it has reverted back to Handset 3

Anybody know why they are doing this or if there is a fix?

Thx

The phones are DECT, not VOIP.

Can you please clarify, are they all phones supplied by BT for use on their BT Digital Voice service, or are they your own phones which you have registered against the home hub?

A similar thread regarding handset names https://community.bt.com/t5/Home-phone-including-Digital/Problems-with-Digital-Voice-Handsets/td-p/2120287
