      <description>&lt;P&gt;Several ways to check:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Go to hub manager, if using the BT Smart Hub, and see if phone status is blue with your number if so you are on Digital Voice -&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://192.168.1.254/" target="_self"&gt;http://192.168.1.254/&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;is the manager url unless you've changed subnet&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Go to MyBT and go to Your Products and if the phone card displays the title Digital Voice like below you are on Digital Voice.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you enter you landline number here and says there's no data for the number it's likely you've been moved onto Digital Voice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So the phone symbol is showing as not configured, so you don't have Digital Voice&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you actually reported the fault to customer services 0800 800150?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
