I then switched Virgin Media and asked to port my number to them. They failed to do so on the 31/08/21 and after several weeks of being told that they were going to do it and failed. I reverted back to Sky on the 12/09/21, but I've been isued with a new landline number, but I would like my old number back. I've been told that Sky use BT as the provider for the landline.
