    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, Good afternoon, I had an email 2nd week in October telling me that I will be moved over to Digital Voice, that they will be in contact soon with a connection date &amp;amp; the three steps to follow.&amp;nbsp; I never asked about this, just automatically recieved the email &amp;amp; in it a line re:, we will transfer your existing number over.&amp;nbsp; When I get further confirmation hope it happens.&amp;nbsp; Just to note of recent weeks upgraded to Halo 3+, so now have BT TV BOX PRO, Hybrid Connect, HUB 2, WiFi Disk.&amp;nbsp; Regards MartiO&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I think that if you change or upgrade your contract, you are automatically moved over to Digital Voice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
