Can’t Blacklist numbers on BT Caller logs

Hi ,

I’ve been using the Blacklist function for a couple of years and I have backlisted x 85 numbers in my BT account.

However, 3 x months ago this feature no longer works.
You can view your recent landline number calls but when you click on Blacklist it doesn’t work .

Anyone else having the same problems 🤔

Hi, @philip_startrek welcome back to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're having problems adding new numbers to your call protect blacklist. When you're adding a number are you getting an error message?

Hi Neil,

No error messages at all.

When you view Recent Callers you used to be able to click on “More” a drop down box used to appear which included Blacklist the number . I’ve got 85 Blacklisted numbers upto date.
when you click on “More” nothing happens.

Hi ,

I normally use my BT App on iphone to Blacklist the numbers.

Deleted App and reloaded it but still doesn’t work.

Hi @philip_startrek

I can't blacklist through the app on my iPhone either so I would suggest that a bug has been introduced in one of the updates.

You can still blacklist by logging into bt.com on a browser, although I've only tried on a laptop.
