Advanced Digital Voice with Alexa handset sync tone

Just switched over to Digital Voice with Alexa handset & at irregular intervals (including during the night!) get a 'handset synch' sound which is really irritating !

Can't find how to switch this off - can anyone advise?

after you paired phone with base did you sync alexa?

is it possible for you to sync alexa with existing devices especially your mobile if possible

if you are not going to register alexa then

Deregister Alexa from your hub

If you want to remove the Alexa service completely from your hub. 1 Press Menu when your phone is on the home screen and scroll to Alexa settings, press Select. 2 Scroll down to Deregister Alexa and press Select. 3 Follow the on-screen instructions
