Replacement Handsets for BT Call Guardian system

Hi everyone,

My parents are elderly and prone to scammers so we have a BT Call Guardian System which fearures the "Powered by trueCall" logo. It is a BT8600 Advanced Call Blocker with main until which connects to the BT Phone line and 3 wireless handsets each with their own plug and charger.

We would like to buy some replacement handsets.

1. Does anyone know a source of replacement handsets?

2. Does anyone know whether BT4600 handsets available from BT which feature both the Call Guardian and trueCall logs are compatible with the BT8600 base unit?

Hi @BentleyBoy181 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, Discomm are the authorised out of warranty replacement supplier for BT products and I'd recommend checking with them.

They have a website and I believe they have the BT8600 handsets in stock.
