    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/243360"&gt;@teecee90&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try resetting your SH2 using either the reset hole on the back or through the hub manager at 192.168.1.254 in your browser.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the hub manager also check that your phone number in the second box down on the left is not greyed out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Digital Voice Handset - Contacts Not Savings</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have recently been switched to digital voice. Received my free advanced handset. Every time I try to add and save a contact it just disappears and I get an error message when going into contacts that says "No Currently Available". Any help appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
