DV Phone Contacts Work Number

I have several contacts which have Home, Mobile and Work numbers saved in the Contacts on the DV Phone (Advance with Alexa).

I have just noticed that the Work numbers that I have called do not display their name in the Calls list. Both Home and Mobile do. Even if the only number is a Work number.

I'm just curious, is this the general case for everybody? I know I could move numbers around so I only use Home and Mobile but Work is a valid category in the phones Contacts.

just tried my alexa advanced phone and when I called it came up with my name and 'work' underneath

Hi @imjolly

Many thanks for that. Knowing it was just me made me look closer. I discovered that the imported work contacts had been formatted with spaces. I took the spaces out and success 😀
