I have been without a working landline since becoming a BT customer on 15th November. Engineers appointment not kept & numerous phone calls to or from BT. Today I was informed that my Landline contract has been cancelled by BT or Openreach (both blame each other). BT have now blamed me for cancelling the contract (which is incorrect). Now the latest engineer’s visit has been cancelled as well. Apparently I now have to apply for a new landline contract. What can I do to persuade BT/Openreach to fix the faulty line & reinstall the existing contract?

I am sorry that you have been without service since 15th November. That is a long time to have no service. The missed appointments and conflicting info about your contract simply isn't good enough.

I have sent you a private message with instructions on how you can send us over your details and we'll look into this for you. See: Private messages

Cheers,
