    <description>&lt;P&gt;Got my new advanced digital home phone and it will not connect to the hub despite many attempts. The handset says if I am setting up for the first time (I am), the hub will not be able to connect until my service is activated. How can I connect the service? I thought that would happen automatically? Any help greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;the DV service is automatically started and nothing you can to to start it&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if your go to hub manager&amp;nbsp; enter 192.168.1.254 into your address bar then go to hub manager&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;is phone number shown and if so is it blue or greyed out?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
