BT Digital Voice Service

I have a Digital Voice landline and want to know if

a. the 1471 service can be blocked because of the 35p charge and

b. Are there any inclusive packages for Digital voice

it is 1571 and it is free with DV

call packages are just the same as standard phone so phone CS 150 or you should be able to add call package by going into MYBT

Hi, @CREW Thanks for posting, it's free to use 1471 to find out the last number that called. However, when you press '3' to return the call there's a 35p charge plus the cost of the call.

I'm sorry it's not possible to cancel or block 1471, if you don't want to be charged I'd recommend writing the number down then dial it as normal instead of pressing 3.

There are no included call packages with any BT service. All call packages are now add- ons.
