Digital Voice Phone

Hello,

I have 2 Digital Voice Phones. One near the router and another a distance away. This phone had difficulty connecting to the router so I purchased a BT Duel Band WiFi Extender 1200 with the idea of placing the extender to a location where the distant phone could operate (via the extender).

However, this has not worked and the distant phone is still having difficulty connecting. I presume the distant phone is not linking with the extender.

I would be pleased if a solution could be found. ie Is it possible to link the distant BT Digital Voice Phone to the BT WiFi Extender.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Digital voice phones are DECT, not WiFi, so will be unable to connect to a WiFi extender.

Just thinking - would there be a specific DECT Repeater Range Extender for the Digital Voice phone or would any DECT Extender be OK. John
