Hi,

I recently lost my phone and ordered a replacement sim. It has arrived, I have activated it but its says that phone has no activated sim. Did I need to tell BT to deactivate my previously lost sim? Both sims are under the same number.

Many thanks

Replacement sims are sent out activated, previously they weren't.
Give the mobile help team a call on 0800 800 150 or 150 from a BT landline or BT Mobile, you might need a 3rd sim card and then ask for someone to manage the case and activate on your behalf once you confirm receipt of the 3rd.

If you didn't report the SIM as lost then it won't have been deactivated and you will be responsible for any charges incurred
