Text not working

I’ve had a bit of a challenging time moving from VF to BT mobile and getting wifi calling and wifi sms working. Initially I had VoLTE up and running but no wifi calling nor wifi sms. With this set up I was able to send and receive text messages but very poor voice call quality. Now I have finally sorted out wifi calling I have lost the VoLTE icon and cannot send or receive texts. When I send reset to 00000 I get an immediate message saying failed to send.
Any pointers on what to try to do to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

All seems to be ok now. Maybe it just needed 24hrs to sort itself out.
