    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was due an upgrade and attempted to do this online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT upgrade system is the worst I have used.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I placed the order and the phone that was supposed to be sent wasn't.&amp;nbsp; It upgraded my data package but nothing else.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Spoke to someone on sales support for 45 mins and she couldn't resolve it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It has now been sent to offshore sales support and that can take 5 working days to resolve.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I should have a nice shiny new.phone today instead I am waiting for it to be fixed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT sort out your upgrade system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
