Hi,

I use a piece of software called Splashtop to remotely access my work PC. It works using a LAN cable and also on Wifi. However, the machine I use is a Microsoft Surface Pro X (ARM chip). Whenever I try to use this software, it will not connect.

On checking with Splashtop, they suggest it is an issue with my ISP:

"Please contact your 4G service provider to check why you are being blocked to reach 132-145-75-74.relay.splashtop.com."

After calling BT Mobile, they were helpful but informed me they do not offer support for this.

Does anyone here have a similar, same experience when using a 4G SIM? Does anyone know how I can overcome this - firewall rules or any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Many thanks.

Rob.
