    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have ordered a nano SIM card for my new phone, the old one is a micro card. Arrived ok, when I went to activate it, system told me that order not been completed. Phoning 150 for help, was told problem had to be sent to a faceless, nameless back office for support. Apparently, the order cannot be cancelled or modified. Only bt would have such a system. I was told I would have to be patient and wait for this group to get round to my problem, hopefully I was told should be within a week!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone have a suggestion on what I can do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
