BT Broadband Discount

My home is served by BT Business Broadband, I'm not the account holder but this is fine to recieve the discount. When entering the phone number of the property I get a message to say it's not recognised.

Is the offer only for those served with BT Broadband rather than BT Business Broadband?

You need to be the BT RETAIL account holder as discount for customers

To qualify for the BT broadband mobile discount and/or any Halo benefits, the BT broadband must be a residential account at the address.
