How can an existing BT mobile plan be added to a family plan?

My father is setting up a family plan for us and would like to add me and my mother to the plan however we are having issues finding out how. I am on a 5GB 5G SIM only and my mother is on a 5GB plan. How can my father add both SIM plans to the new family one?
