Mobile network down

I always rely on BT mobile to stream for 30 mins or so when I go to the local gym. (WiFi is useless) It’s been great for weeks, but nothing loading today. Carried on after I left gym and returned home. (About 2 miles)

Is there a site which shows 3/4G outage etc?

I'm in Leicester and I have full 4G signal but data speeds/ bandwidth has been poor for a couple of hours so there could be an issue. I can't even run a speed test through the Ookla app

Thanks. I have two bars showing against 4G (normal for here), but still not working.

Seems to be coming back. I've managed to run a speed test and got a download of 20.5mbps / upload of 0.24mbps and ping of 33ms...

Could be the upload that's causing the issue sending out the initial data request...

I wonder if it's linked to the issue that took Facebook etc down

@gg30340 I've just checked Downdetector and there's been a surge of reports in the last hour for EE and BT and I'd imagine the BT ones are for BT mobile

Data slow or at a standstill here in Stamford.

3G and 4G both affected, full signal.

Thanks. Knew it wasn’t a figment of my imagination. Hope it’s back up tomorrow. No point going to gym if not. Is there an SLA for this sort of thing?

@Longshanks mine is back, apart from all the Facebook stuff but that's a Facebook fault
