    <description>&lt;P&gt;Long term BT broadband customer but have recently taken out a SIM only mobile contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When trying to manage my account online&amp;nbsp; i get the message 'Sorry, we can't get your account details at the moment'. Possibly an issue with linking the new mobile account to my existing account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, with my new mobile account i have the option to Add on BT Sport on my mobile. When trying to log in on the app i receive the ID001 error code. Unsure if these errors are related.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You don't have to have 2 accounts, if you prefer they can be merged with your broadband account, that way it's only 1 direct debit but that's your choice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For BT Sport to work, you have to order it before you can install the app and login, visit &lt;A href="http://www.bt.com/sportonthego" target="_blank"&gt;www.bt.com/sportonthego&lt;/A&gt; and follow the prompts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, the 2 accounts are actually linked into 1. I just can't manage my mobile account when logging on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will give the link provided a try for BT sport&lt;/P&gt;</description>
