ported number now cant make calls or text

i have ported my number from 02 to bt and now i cant text or call i have mental health issues so need to be active i tryed to talk to some one and they have stated i have to call the 0800 number but when i do i get line is busy call back later and when i try and text they bounce back

i will aperacite all the help i can get

have you setup new apn settings in your mobile networks

Did you actually try phoning CS 150 OR 0800800150 from a mobile and see if they can help
