BT Halo Data Boost

Hi quick query.
I am going to order BT Mobile due to Black Friday deal. we have BT broadband and Halo. The account is no in my name when I go through the ordering process. It gives me the broadband discount. But there is no mention of the Halo Data boost.
If my mother logs in on her MyBT and goes through the process. It shows up on the ordering screen that you get Halo boost.

any ideas what I need to do to make sure I get the boost. When I order in my name

Hi @Marklfc770 Welcome back to the community, after your order for BT Mobile completes your Mother will need to share her BT Halo mobile benefits with you by following this guide.

If you're the BT Halo broadband account holder, you can share your BT Halo mobile benefits with any other BT Mobile customers living in your home. To do this:

Log in to My BT >
Click on Share your benefits in the Your mobile benefits section
Enter the email address of the BT Mobile customer on the next page
You'll get a 'success' message when the invitation has been sent
