Unfortunately, we can't provide support for EE sim cards on the BT community forum so I'd recommend posting on the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.ee.co.uk/" target="_blank"&gt;EE Community&lt;/A&gt; or contacting &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee/order-delivery/mobile/existing-customer" target="_self"&gt;EE customer service&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;for assistance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>BT sim offer with EE</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all got EE sim from BT and PAC code from my mobile&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;provider nine days age and still do not have my&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mobile original number and can not receive may usual calls and mobile not ported been touch EE but they are telling&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;me it is my previous sim provider causing the problem, how sort this out suggestions welcome&amp;nbsp; thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
