    <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent in my PAC a couple of days ago, and I've just put my new sim in since I realised my old one was disabled, it found the network and now says BT, but when I try to make a call, all I get is "The system is busy". Will this go away soon on it's own? I'm travelling next week and really don't want to be without phone service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
