&lt;P&gt;If you give the BT Mobile team a call on 0800 800 150, they'll be able to give you a hand.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;BT have written to me about a mobile sim only contract which runs out in January. They offered a slightly reduced rate. When I followed it, a notice said “tell the customer they will have to apply during the re-contracting period”.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Odd &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":weary_face:"&gt;😩&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
