New emails marked read on startup

I have noticed some people have the same problem: all of my emails are marked as read when I start up my @btopenworld.com mail on my Chrome browser. I haven't opened them anywhere else. It works properly if new emails come in while I am already on my mail but, when I logout and back in, everything is ,marked as read. What can I do?

Hi @nassisser, welcome to the forum, and thanks for posting and sorry your emails are getting marked as read on start up.

Have you tried using a different browser to see if the same thing happens to your emails?
